  1. Interestingly enough the video is cut at around 6:10:55 when Rep. Eric Swalwell is speaking about Sondland's donation to Trump, in connection with the president promoting Sondland to Ambassador to the EU shortly after that.

  6. As the phony House imposed impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump in the Senate begins, Adam Schiff starts out with nauseous cherry picked phrases and texts of the President; then Adam Schiff has the audacity to cherry pick Founder's quotes to use against Trump when he and every member of the House AND Senate are guilty of violating the Constitution on a day to day basis. Case in point, if you were to follow the limitations set down by the Ratifying Convention of 6-16-1788 http://www.americanpatriotparty.cc/American_Patriot_Party.pdf you will find that the federal legislatures, supreme court, or executive branch "cannot" Constitutionally "make any regulation that may affect the citizens of the Union at large" and "cannot arrogate any new powers" or "take even one step outside the delegated powers", "by any means" (VA Ratifying Convention 6-16-1788); Defining the meaning of the 'general phrases' of the Constitution (Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, 1798), the federal legislatures really have little to legislate beyond war and foreign policy. As if they, any of them, make "ANY REGULATION" that "may affect the citizens of the Union at large", THEY VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION…. Think about that. He that has not violated the Constitution, cast the first stone. In blind viciousness Adam Schiff has cast a bucket load of stones with a request to have more bucket loads of stones given to him to cast because the first bucket wasn't enough to convince anyone of anything but Donald J. Trump's innocence.

  13. If this menagerie is real, there should be an accompanying downturn in Trumps overall approval numbers, which have been and remain consistently horrible. Acknowledging the Trump cult, which exists and is garbage, the remaining "independents" and "undecideds" aren't drawn towards Trump as a result of this series of revelations. So, the numbers should change, except for the Republican Party internal approval polling numbers , which will remain high, as many GOP folks not hoodwinked by this shameless grifter in the White House changed their affiliation to independent or democrat in the last 4 years and are no longer in the GOP polling equation.

  24. Wow. These hearings are such B.S. and so is CBS. That's just the plain truth. If anyone is REALLY interested in getting to the truth, you would need to just begin with Joe Biden and the meetings he had in and around Ukraine and Barisma gas company in the Ukraine. This is where the corruption began and there is actual evidence. To deny this is to make clear your political bias and nothing of law or truth. I believe that what was clear on the transcripts was nothing more than, "look, you want aid, then clean up the filth that was in your government and lead by the example you were elected for. Okay?" This would be Trump to Ukrainian president. One needs to look no further than the actual transcript. And just because it involved Biden means nothing if there is reason able evidence that Biden broke the law of office….and there is. People, don't trust anyone else, including me. If you want answers then do some work yourself. "You want answers? I want the truth! You can't handle the truth!"

  26. 9:39:30 Jim Himes’ is refreshingly clarifying – you can take or leave the arguments – but his explanation of the Impoundment Act & the illegality that’s harder to identify when spread out through careful witnesses who aren’t performers, he’s able to boil down, with the help of Cooper’s “unelected bureaucrat” expertise, what the actual issues are, and what’s legal and what’s not.
