The first thing you’re eating isn’t Pasta Hahaha. It’s actually a KK which is a Somali Flatbread called Sabaayad (Similar to Chapati) that’s shredded into long pieces and covered with a Somali spices/tomato based sauce and seasoned chicken! It’s amazing 🤤😍

I use to work in the tle in Walmart and there was a full time begger in front of the store and I was sitting in my car for my break and watched this guy throw his sign on the ground as he got in a car I'm guessing he didn't make much that day it just sucks to know that there is some people that take advantage of good people not saying that guy was but people will say anything sometimes

Indian food and Arab food has also influenced our cuisine because of our location and historical trading relationships with those countries. Arabs and Indians have also previously settled in Somalia.
