  3. Our favorite star is back! How happy are we to see you smiling behind the little screen again. The "menu du Jour" looks yummy and tasty so no comments. Instead I am going to ask if you know how to make the "Poisson" or "poulet" a la braise. The challenge to me, first is in the rub for the fish or the chicken and second in the "piment" and condiments that goes along with them. Of course we like them with couscous or attieke. If you know how, would you please demonstrate it for us? THANKS
