This year has been an evolving legal landscape for the Florida cannabis industry. FDACS passed hemp rules that were approved by the USDA allowing for the licensing and permitting of hemp companies throughout the hemp supply chain; the dispensary cap in Florida Statute Section 381.986 expired allowing MMTC’s to open up more dispensaries; and the Florida Supreme Court is considering the constitutionality of the vertically integrated structure for MMTC’s. With this dynamic environment, it’s important for the CLAB community to stay abreast of current legal events as well as looking ahead to what may happen in the future. We invite you to join us for a panel discussion on Legal Updates in Cannabis to stay informed.
