  1. Fellow black Africans: stop eating much palm oil NOW. It has bad fat and too much cholesterol. Start eating more fresh veg now. Stop using any processed European foods (grocery) now. Stop eating fruits after meals, but eat them a lot and before breakfast. If you are below 30 you can eat anything because your metabolism is good. Above thirty, follow those rules and your stomach circumference will not increase as is the case for us older people. Stop deep-fried. Stop eating for "love and relationship". Eat only when you are hungry. Stop deep-fried foods now. You will gradually get used to your new diet.

  2. Thank you very much! I will definitely try 🙂 I have a little question, which region in Africa makes this beautiful dish? Is it universal recipe in Africa? Thank you!

  3. I love your recipes,  I like the way you explain things , very short and simply :))) I started to look up your recipes 2 years ago when I met my boyfriend (he is from Cameroon ) , because I wanted to bring some African flavour to his house 🙂 But now I fell in love with the African cuisine myself so I will definitely follow you forever !! Today I will make the Chicken stew  🙂

  4. Uprated. Thanks to you, I feel less intimidated to get my hands on things in my low-tech kitchen and try more of the different produce on sale in the greenmarket here. Greetings from France.

  5. That's just beautiful! I know what I am going to be cooking tonight. I guess if hubby approved than it must be delicious ' cause I know he has good taste. By the way your book was professionally done. Girl you got skills! Congratulations!
