  8. Ok, what about putting a green tea bag into a cold water bottle!!? Does it work the same way or does it have to boiled water? I usually put the bag in, leave it for @15-20 minutes and then take it back out. Thanks!!!

I am a schizo, dont drink, dont smoke, never drunked tea/coffee after the illnes because I was afraid about dopamine overload countering the antipsychotic…. but I suddenly started drinking tea again, and oh god its so calming for me! I was always so stressed, angry etc, but this make me so calm, I dont worry about caffeine anymore, I love it! I wish I had more space so I could plant my own bush :/
